1. Booking and Reservations
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
1.2 To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete personal details, including a valid email address and phone number.
1.3 Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to the guest.
1.4 Prices are subject to change depending on seasonality, availability, demand, or errors in published rates.
1.5 Any promotions or discounts are time-limited and subject to specific terms stated at the time of booking.
2. Payment Policy
2.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2.2 We accept payments through secure online methods including debit/credit cards, bank transfers, or verified mobile payment systems.
2.3 Additional charges may apply for extra services such as airport transfers, meals, or cleaning beyond what is included in the initial booking.
2.4 All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Guests may cancel bookings by contacting us directly or using the online portal.
3.2 Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the property and booking type.
3.3 Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may result in no refund.
3.4 No-shows without notice are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.
3.5 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Check-in / Check-out
4.1 Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to availability and extra charges.
4.3 A government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in.
4.4 Guests who do not check out on time without prior notice may be charged for an extra night.
5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1 Guests must behave respectfully towards property, staff, and neighbors.
5.2 Parties, loud noise, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5.3 Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
5.4 Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms or public indoor spaces.
5.5 The number of guests should not exceed the maximum allowed for each accommodation.
6. Use of Property
6.1 Hajj And Umrah Travel accommodations are intended for short-term residential use only.
6.2 Commercial use, photography, events, or subletting is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
6.3 Any misuse or violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Hajj And Umrah Travel is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your stay, including injury, loss, or theft.
7.2 We do not guarantee the availability of uninterrupted services such as electricity, water, or internet, especially in remote areas.
7.3 Hajj And Umrah Travel is not liable for events beyond our control including force majeure, government regulations, or natural disasters.
8. Safety and Security
8.1 Guests must take necessary precautions to ensure their own safety and security during their stay.
8.2 Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property unattended.
8.3 Hajj And Umrah Travel is not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables. Safe storage should be used where available.
9. Children and Pets
9.1 Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times.
9.2 Some properties may not be suitable for young children due to design or safety issues.
9.3 Pets are only allowed in designated properties and must be declared at the time of booking.
9.4 Guests must clean up after pets and ensure they do not cause disturbance or damage.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1 Hajj And Umrah Travel collects and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 We do not sell or share your data with third parties except when necessary to fulfill bookings or comply with legal obligations.
10.3 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.
11. Changes to Bookings
11.1 Guests may request changes to their booking including dates or number of guests, subject to availability and approval.
11.2 Any price difference due to changes must be paid at the time of modification.
11.3 Hajj And Umrah Travel reserves the right to relocate guests to a similar or better property in case of maintenance issues or overbooking.
12. Termination of Stay
12.1 Hajj And Umrah Travel reserves the right to cancel or terminate a booking at any time if guests violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or pose a threat to safety or property.
12.2 No refund will be provided in the case of early termination due to misconduct or rule violations.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
13.2 Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate local court or arbitration body.
